Yin & Soft Somatics/ Full Moon Circle

For the full moon in July I am hosting two sessions back to back.....

6-7pm Yin & Soft Somatics, a combination of deep rest, accessible yin yoga shapes and slow mindful somatic work, followed by....

7-8pm  Full Moon Circle, a space to explore the themes of the full moon through meditation, breathwork and journalling. The session will begin with circle casting and cleansing with local, homegrown herbs and will finish with baked treats and time to share and chat.

Both of these sessions will compliment each other beautifully, yet you are more than welcome to just book onto one. Discount is given when booking both, and I have a special low income price for anyone that needs it, no questions asked.
