PlaySpace

An experimental session on what it means to play and truly be with the environment and others.

How often do we take the time to play? To enter a space with childlike curiosity? What does it mean to open ourselves up to imagination?

Now is your chance.

PlaySpace will be set up with items and objects to encourage exploration. There will be items to move with, items that invite slowness and rest and a space for mark making and drawing.

This session is birthed from my experience as a neurodiverse adult and somatic researcher. For me, I adore taking time to explore my relationship with other objects… “how does my body wish to interact with this exercise ball?” “what colour and texture does my emotion have today?”
