Surrender into your soft & playful side for a nourishing day of embodied movement practices, followed by the option of being tied with rope or silk scarves & flowers & feel empowered in front of the lens to become a piece of art taken by Kylie.

Plait each other’s hair, have a hand massage, play games, frolic in the garden, have heart opening chats. We’ll spend the afternoon getting messy & mindful with clay & crafting our own naughty-inspired incense holders.
